The Morocco Rally 2025 delivered everything we expected. For RAW Motorsports, it was much more than a race: a technical and human adventure aboard the KOVE 450 RALLY 2025, prepared in our own workshop to show that an accessible machine can perform brilliantly on Moroccan sand.

In scorching 40°C+ temperatures, not a single drop of coolant lost, no sign of overheating or power loss.
After full teardown, the engine looked as new — proof of KOVE’s solid factory assembly. And over 2,500 km, we replaced zero clutches, despite long dune sections.
TRC + PLS: the winning combo
The TRC Racing ECU map provides smooth torque delivery and perfect thermal management.
The PLS suspension setup ensures stability at high speed and comfort on rough stages, with ergonomics that make long navigation sections easy, even while standing.

Chatting with other KOVE 450 Rally riders confirmed what we already knew: it’s a well-born, reliable, and incredibly affordable rally platform for privateers.

- Strong engine build: 0 clutch replaced over 2,500 km of racing.
- Stable chassis: predictable and confidence-inspiring on all terrain.
- Rally-ready ergonomics: comfortable and intuitive for long days standing on the pegs.
Areas to improve (3 points)
- Carbon skid plate proved too fragile for Moroccan tracks and didn’t protect the exhaust header enough — we’ll switch to a PEHD version with better coverage.
- Navigation tower: one unit cracked under stress, but a simple reinforcement fix made it unbreakable.
- Rear sprocket: the 49T stock works well on fast tracks, but a 51T fits better in soft sand for ideal 2nd/3rd gear balance.
